Prices winter

Prices for a week’s stay from Saturday to the following Saturday. Shorter accommodation are available on request and if it is possible.  Ask for a month’s stay estimation if you want to stay longer in Villa Prafiorì.

Deposit 30% of the total amount is requested for the booking. The apartments may not be occupied by a number of people which is higher than the number of the assigned beds.

Prices include

The rent, bed linen, hot – water expenses, heating expenses, the electricity bill, a reserved parking space in the garden, TV – Sat, Wi – Fi, Ski room and Ski boots heater.

Each apartments has

kitchenware, pots, an oven, a microwave oven, the fridge and the freezer, blankets and quilts, pillows, TV, Wi – Fi, the washing machine, the dishwasher, iron, ironing board and drying rack, phon. Free cradle on request.

Prices don’t include

♣ Cleaning cost: € 60,00.

♣ Towels can be hired in the structure at the price of € 10,00 per person a week, or brought it directly by yourself.

Terms and conditions

♣ Your pets are welcome guests. We request an extra charge of €30/week.

♣ No reimbursement for postponed arrivals or advance departures.

♣ Check-In: on the day of arrival the apartment is available starting from 14.00 pm until 20.00 pm.

♣ Check-Out: the day of departure, the apartment must be cleared  from 7.00 am to 09.30 am.

♣ Guarantee: when you arrive at Villa Prafiorì, we ask you to pay a deposit of €200 per apartment by cash. At the end of your holiday we will give you the sum back, after having controlled the flat.

BE CAREFUL! In Trentino we must respect the strict rules for recyclable – waste collection. Our guests must respect them, too. Otherwise, the service will be entirely charged to you.
